The enrollment has to be done via our website and is to be understood as a non-binding availability request. You are therefore not obliged to book the language course. We will check the availability upon receipt and inform you immediately.
If course - and if requested also the accommodation - are available you will receive an availability confirmation with the payment options to pay the deposit of 10% of the total price (at least 50 euros). With the payment of the deposit you will make the reservation. After receipt of the deposit we will send your booking confirmation with the travel documents.

The payment of the remaining amount is due 4 weeks before the beginning of the course. In the case of a registration of 4 weeks or less before the start of the course, it is therefore necessary to pay the total price to make the reservation. After receiving the full payment we will send you your payment confirmation and voucher.
Only the descriptions in our brochure or internet and in our respective travel confirmations are relevant to the scope of contractual services. Side agreements that change the scope of contractual services require our written confirmation. Changes or deviations of individual services from the agreed content of the travel contract, which become necessary after conclusion of the contract and which have been brought about by the organizer not contrary to good faith are permitted if the changes or deviations are not significant and do not affect the overall form of the program. In case of a substantial change in an essential travel service you can cancel the contract and get previous payments reimbursed. In any case the organizer has to be immediately notified regarding any complaints so that he can take action in order to provide all booked services. If a participant fails to notify a complaint to the organizer immediately, and the organizer thus has no opportunity to provide all booked services or to rectify any deficiencies a reduction of the travel price is excluded.
We offer several course levels which will be set up on the first day according to the result of a level test which can be done before the start of the course online or on the first day in our school. Groups will be set up according to the result of the level test, a group is considered three or more participants on the same level. It is therefore possible that as a result of the level test less than three participants happen to have the same course level. In these cases we will reduce the amount of group lessons reserved to 1/3 private lessons (1:1) for one participant and 2/3 semi-private lessons (2:1) for two participants. This is considered a free upgrade.
The program may be canceled at any time prior to departure by e-mail.

In these cases a cancellation fee based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice will be charged. The amount of the cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total price. The cancellation fees are calculated as listed below:

10% of the total value if cancellation is made 16 working days* or more before the course start or day of arrival,
50% of the total value if cancellation is made between 3 and 15 working days* before the course start or day of arrival,
90% of the total value if cancellation is made 2 or 1 working days* before the course start or day of arrival,
100% of the total value if cancellation is made on the day of the course start or arrival or later, or failure to arrive without notice.

*A working day is any day that is NOT a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

The minimum cancellation fee is 50 €. In case of refunds all transaction costs will be charged fully to the student. In the unlikely event or due to circumstances beyond our control that force us to cancel your course, all payments made will be reimbursed.
For changing details of a confirmed reservation, regarding either course, accommodation or a name change to another student, a fee of 50 € will be charged.

Payment has to be made by bank transfer to one of or accounts in the Euro zone with IBAN and BIC; the respective transfer fees of both sides have to be paid by the participant. If any transfer fees are charged to us we will added the fees to the total price of the program.

The organizer may withdraw from the contract if the participant fails his/her obligation for payment or fails to comply with the agreed terms and conditions.
The organizer expects that participants respect the customs and laws of the host country. If a participant violates these basic conduct rules the organizer may exclude him/her after a written warning. The same applies if the participant makes normal group interaction impossible. Serious offenses (e.g. crimes such as battery, theft, drug use, willful damage to property, etc.) will result in immediate exclusion of the program. Any costs incurred by a premature travel home will have to be covered by the participant. In the case of any exclusion the full program price will be maintained by the organizer.
The liability of the organizer for damages (which are not body damages) is limited to a total of three times the program price, provided that damages were not inflicted intentionally nor with gross negligence by the organizer nor by a service provider. If a service provider falls under international laws which states that claims for damages only can be made under certain conditions, or limitations, or may be even excluded under certain conditions, the organizer will apply these laws in case of claims of a participant.
Neither agent, operator nor school will be held responsible in any way for any accident, illness, loss of personal effects or change in personal circumstances arising at any time prior to or during the course. We therefore strongly recommend personal travel insurance.
Claims for reimbursements for any defects of the booked program expire within one year. This period begins with the day on which the defects occurred.
Should the above conditions be invalid it will have no effect on the validity of the remaining conditions.
By agreeing to these general terms and conditions participants accept that the organizer has the right to use any photos, videos and sound recordings which may be produced during the language program. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without any additional cost or the need for a specific authorization by the participants.
Personal data transmitted is stored exclusively for contractual use and will only be transferred to cooperation partners and assistants if necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Personal data will not be made available to third parties. Storage and processing of personal data will be dealt with in accordance to the applicable data protection acts. Transmitting your personal data is voluntary. You have the right to review, correct and delete your personal data stored by Sprachcaffe Mallorca at any time by inquiring via e-mail to our address: info@plus-languages.com
